Victoria Leabeater MRes, BSc, MBASES

Victoria has just completed a Masters in Research, specialising in Performance Analysis with a Postgraduate Merit from Hartpury University after gaining a First Class Degree in BSc(Hons) Equestrian Performance Analysis.

During her time at Hartpury University she gained valuable experience as a Performance Analyst intern at Gloucester Rugby and in setting up a Performance Analysis programme at Cheltenham College for the 1st XV Boys Rugby Union Team.

Victoria has been involved with horses from a young age, participating in all Pony Club activities followed by involvement in the British Dressage and British Eventing Youth Programmes. She was selected for the British CCI3*S European Championship Team in 2017, winning a Team Silver Medal.

She is a regular coach in her own and surrounding Pony Clubs, coaching all levels from Junior to National Champions and British Youth Team contenders and was awarded the Pony Club U25 Coach of the Year Award in 2019.

Victoria has had experience with performance analysis with elite athletes and school level athletes and the degree of precision and structured training, which has improved through analysis of competitions and training.
